NEW YORK, Nov 1 (Reuters) -

The U.S. Federal Reserve added a total of $41 billion (41 Milliarden U$ Dollar) in temporary reserves to the banking system on Thursday, the biggest single day of such injections since September 2001.

The Fed's infusions may reflect the central bank's efforts to bring the federal funds rate down nearer to its target just one day after a widely expected rate cut.

Fed funds last traded at 4.625 percent on the open market, above the Fed's target rate of 4.50 percent.

A Fed spokesman would not comment on the total size of the operations, but did say it was the largest single day of operations since a total of $50.35 billion was injected on Sept. 19, 2001, following the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center.

On Thursday, the central bank conducted $8 billion of 14-day repurchases, $21 billion of seven-day repur-chases and $12 billion of overnight repurchase agreements.

The total on Thursday surpassed the $38 billion the Fed injected on Aug. 10, which was generally seen as the beginning of a global credit crisis. At the time, the Fed and the European Central Bank ramped up tem-porary liquidity operations with the intent of alleviating strains in short-term lending markets.

The Fed also injected a total of $38 billion on Sept. 27.

A stunned Bush Administration is scrambling to conceal its collapse after the United States Provost Marshall, by Court Order, nullified the electronic codes used by the Treasury Secretary and took direct control of the United States Treasury yesterday, November 5.

Henry Paulson, Secretary of the Tresury was allegedly interfering so badly in the tansfer of money from off-the-books accounts at CitiGroup and other banks, back to its rightful owners, that courts authorized the US Provost Marshall to take control of the Treasury Department!

According to senior Treasury officials, Paulson may be headed to Prison, and the United States financial system headed into complete collapse. "This is a financial disaster caused by wilful criminal acts, perpetrated by the highest officials in the U.S. federal government during the course of several Presidencies. This ongoing criminal conspiracy is so terrible, so enormous, so far-reaching, the country may never be able to financially recover" said one official on condition of anonymity.

Nach Aussagen von älteren Finanzministeriumsmitarbeitern, wurde Paulson in ein Gefängnis gebracht, und das US-Finanzministerium ist auf dem Weg in einen Total-Kollaps.

"Dies ist ein finanzielles Desaster, durch einen gewollten krimi-nellen Akt, begangen durch die höchsten Offiziellen in der US-Regierung während der Laufzeit von mehreren Präsidentschaf-ten. He speculated that the reason Hillary is so desperate to win the Presidency is so this theft can not only continue but continue to be covered up.
